Section 3. The Mayor and Director of Law are hereby authorized to <br />initiate a formal complaint proceeding, if necessary, on behalf of the City of <br />Lakewood, before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, in regard to the safety <br />and operations of CE] to provide the information requested, or to provide the <br />level of safety she considers appropriate. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The Mayor may report back to the City Council as to the <br />progress of her investigation into the safety and operating factors associated <br />with the CE[ electrical distribution system as she deems necessary or as Council <br />may request. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
