RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7331-98 BY: Corrigan, Flannery, George, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Raymond Collins for his public service in the <br />Department of Public Works, Division of Refuse and Recycling in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective July 31, 1998, Raymond Collins <br />completed 30 years and 4 months of public service in the Division of Refuse and Recycling; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Department of Public Works Ray was <br />recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service not only to the <br />Department of Public Works, but to the entire community as well. Ray is also to be commended <br />for having been recognized as an Employee of the month in the Division of Refuse; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Raymond <br />Collins be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Raymond Collins its <br />appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for his 30 years and 4 months of <br />public service for the City of Lakewood and further that this Council and Mayor wish him <br />continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
