REFERRED TO <br /> <br />FINANCE COI~,{ITTEE 9/~ 98 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.: 7~3a-o8 <br /> <br /> BY: Corrigan, Flannerv, <br />George, Roth, Seelie, Skindell', <br /> <br /> A KESOLUTION approving the Tax Budget of the Ciu.. of Lakewood, State of <br />Ohio for the y~ar 1999 and authorizing the filing of same with the Auditor of Cuvahoga - <br />County. - <br /> <br /> WHE~, it is necessary to provide for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department arising from the necessity of preparing a Tax Budget for the year 1999; now <br />tim-et'ore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the annual Tax Budget sub~tted bY the Director of Finance of <br />the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money need~ and the necessary <br />expenditures in the various departments of the mua/cipality for the year 1999, be and the <br />same is hereby approved and the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file the same <br />with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adol~'d in an open meeting <br />of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees <br />that r~mflted in such formal action, were in m~-tings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />
