RESOLUTiON NO ] ~(~ ~ <br /> <br />ByI <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Bryan E Flannery for his public service as <br />Councilman At Large of the City of Lakewood <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bryan E Flannery was elected to the office of Council of the <br />City of Lakewood for the term commencing January 1, 1994, and served continuously <br />in that capacity until December 31, 1998; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr Flannery effectively served our community with an <br />extensive list of accomplishments that greatly imprOved the quality of life in the City of <br />Lakewood, including the passage of a bicycle helmet law for children, the expansion of <br />health care providers for City employees resulting in considerable cost savings, and the <br />creation of a Computerized Community Bulletin Board for increased public information, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure as a Councilman, Mr. Flannery was <br />recognized aS a conscientious, effective, energetic, tenacious and respected legislator, <br />working diligently for the promotion, progress and betterment of the City of Lakewood <br />and all of its residents, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it iS fitting and proper that the outstanding public service <br />rendered by Bryan E. Flannery aS a Lakewood Councilman be given public cognizance <br />and recognition; now, therefore; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council extends to Bryan E Flannery its ~ppreciation <br />and that of all of the citizens of this community for his years of distingui§hed public <br />services as a Councilman of the City of Lakewood and fur[her that this Council wishes <br />him continued years of success, health, happiness and prosperity in the days and <br />years ahead <br /> <br /> Section 2.
