RESOLUTION NO. 13~-~/ BY: <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Robert W. Phinney for p~Jblic service as a <br />member of the Board of Zoning Appeals from January 1, 1994 through December 31', 1998 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS¢ during his tenure as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals, <br />Mr Phinney demonstrated sincere interest in the preservation and future development of our <br />community and served actively on the Board, including one year as Vice Chairman and three <br />consecutive years as Chairman; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Robert W. Phinney be given public cognizance and recognition; now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY_OF LAKEWOOD, Sl~ATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1 That this Council and the Mayor extend to Robert W. Phinney <br />their appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals, and that of all citizens of this community in an expression of appreciation by <br />this public recognition. <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a person certified copy of this Resolution to Robert W Phinney who served <br />on the Board of Zoning Appeals, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes <br />of this meeting <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
