Board for a four-year term, <br />commencing January l~ 1999 ami ending December 31, 2002. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS. Resolution No. 7378-99, as adopted on February. ti 1999. contained a <br />typo~m-aphical error in the preamb!e and in the resolution setting forth the term of the appointment <br />as a three-year term with an endizg date of December 31, 2001. <br /> <br /> WHERE4S, the appointment is for a four-year term with a correct expiration date of <br />December 3 l. 2002. with all other information contained therein being correct and accurate. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY ~qE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council hereby appoints James Dolce as a Member of the Heritage <br />Advisory. Board for the full four,year term beginning January 1, 1999 and ending December 31, <br />2002. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found ,..nd determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the pass~e of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this <br />council, and thai all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in <br />such tbrmal action, were in mee',iags open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
