Sicha as a Member of the Heritage Advisory. Board for a four-year term. <br />commencing January 1, 1999 and ending December 31. 2002. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7379-99. as adopted on February I. 1999, contained a <br />.typo~m-aphical error in the preamble and in the resolution setting forth the term of appointment as <br />a thr~-year term with an ending date of December 3 t. 2001. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the appointment id for a four-year term with a correct expiration date of <br />December 3 I. 2002, with all other information contained therein being correct and accurate. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF L.-WOiWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council hereby appoints Richard J. Sicha as a Member of the <br />Heritage Ad~Ssom/Board for the full four-year term beginning January 1, 1999 and ending <br />December 31.2002. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this <br />council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in <br />such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with ail legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
