RESOLUTION NO. 7591-99 BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br />BY: Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Dorothy Soltis for her public service in the <br />Department of Public Works, in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon her retirement effective January 29, 1999, Dorothy completed <br />over 27 years of public service in the Division of Streets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure with the Department of Public Works Dorothy was <br />recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service not only to the <br />Department of Public Works, but to the entire eommuni~- as well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Dorothy <br />Soltis be given public cog~yance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Dorothy Soltis its <br />appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for her 27 years of public service for <br />the City of Lakewood and fimher that this Council and Mayor wish her continued years of <br />health, happiness and prosperity in her retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk' of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed <br />to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Dorothy Soltis, and that a copy of this <br />Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the meeting. <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
