RESOLUTION NO. 7404-99 <br /> <br /> BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br />Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smizh <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Leonard Oaermer for his public 'service in the <br />Division of Fire for the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective April 24, 1999, Leonard Gaermer <br />completed 30 years of public service as a Firefighter in the Division of Fire; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Division of Fire, Leonard C-aertner has <br />been recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service not only to <br />the Department of Public Safety, but to the entire community as well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Leonard <br />Gaermer be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section I. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Firofighter Leonard <br />Gaenner its appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for his 30 years of <br />public service as a Fi~fighter for the City of Lakewood and fuzther that this Council and Mayor <br />wish him continued years ofhenlth, hal~piness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
