Deferred 6/ZI)~99. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7405-99 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION adopting the Cuyahoga County. Board of Elections proposed change of <br />the number of voting precincts. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections has conducted a study and has <br />implemented a plan to reduce the number of voting precincts countywide; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Elections has subrrfirted to the City of Lakewood its proposed <br />changes in the City of LakewoOd VOting Precincts; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Council hereby adopts the proposed precinct changes as <br />determined by the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined thru all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this <br />council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in <br />such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
