RESOLUTION NO. 7417-99 <br /> <br /> BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br />Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to change the date of the regular meeting of Council <br />scheduled for September 6, 1999, to September 7, 1999, due to the Labor Day holiday. <br /> WHEREAS, Council may, by a two-third vote of the members elected <br />thereto, suspend the operation of any rule as to any meeting and establish meeting <br />dates by ordinance and/or resolution; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of Article Ill, Section 4 of the <br />Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood, and Section 121.02 of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, the regular meeting of this Council scheduled to be <br />held Monday, September 6, 1999, shall be and the same is hereby changed to Tuesday, <br />September 7, 1999, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> give notice of the new meeting date as provided in Section 1. herein to the public and <br /> media in such manner as provided by the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood <br /> and the law, and to the Mayor and all City departments. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
