Referred to Finance Committee 9/7.99 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7425-99 <br /> <br />BY:Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Skindell <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of Finance to sell. <br />through trade-in, one (I) Xerox 2510 Engineering copier in conjunction with the <br />purchase of one (1) new plain paper Engineering copier. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City no longer needs one (1) Xerox 2510 Engineering copier and <br />it is in the best interest of the City to sell this obsolete equipment via a trade-in in <br />conjunction with the purchase of a new plain paper Engineering copier. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized and directed <br />to sell via trade-in one (1) Xerox 2510 copier in conjunction with the purchase of a new <br />plain paper Engineering copier. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting <br />of this Council, and that all such deliberations of thi~ Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the l~ublic in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />ADOPTED: <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Cler - - , ' ' <br /> <br /> <br />
