RESOLUTION NO. 7-[31-99 Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br />BY; Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend John Gibson for his public service in the <br />Department of Public Works, Division of Refuse and Recycling in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS., upon his retirement effective September 24, 1999, John completed <br />over 31 years of public service in the Division of Refuse and Recycling; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, 'during his tenure with the Deparlment of Public Works John was <br />recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service not only to the <br />Department of Public Works, but to the entire community as well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by 'John <br />Gibson be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to John Gibson its <br />appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for his 31 years of public service for <br />the City of Lakewood and further that this Council and Mayor wish him continued years of <br />health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
