RESOLUTION NO 74 5 7 - 99 <br /> <br />BY; Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br />Roth, Seelie~ Skindedl, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Francis W. Holmes for public service as a member of the <br />Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review and sign Review Board from <br />January 1, 1997, through October 22, 1999 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure as a member of the Board of Building <br />Standards/Architectural Board of Review and Sign Review Board. Mr Holmes demonstrated <br />sincere interest in the preservation and future development 6£ our community and served actively <br />on the Board, including serving as Vice Chairman since January, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Frandm W Hohnes <br />be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD. STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1 That this Council and the Mayor extend to Francis W. Halmes <br />their appreciation for his valued and dedicated public service as a member of the Board of <br />Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review and Sign Review Board, and that of all <br />citizens of this community in an expression of appreciminn by this public recoguifion <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a personal certified copy of this Resolution to Francis W Holmes who served <br />on the Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review and Sign Review Board, and <br />that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
