FrION to honor Lakewood High School Girls Cross Country <br />Team Member Michelle Sikes for her outstanding achievements during the 1999 Cross <br />Crumby Season. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the outstanding 10th place finish of Michelle Sikes (18:56) <br />earned her due recognition on the awemds podium at Scioto Downs as an All-Ohio <br />runner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michele's c remitment to excellence extends far beyond the <br />confines of the running ltack as she is known for her steadfast dedication in volunteer <br />work, for her scholastic achievements and for contlnually sharing her w' <br />with those around her, and mmng smile <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by her remarkable athletic arcomplJslmaents and gqod <br />spol4smanshlp, Michelle Sikes has brought position, recognition, honor, ~nd delight <br />not only to herself~ but to the entire Conununity; now, therefore~ <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
