Pursuant to Article XVII, Section I(A.), of the Amended Charter <br />of the City of Lakewood, Council hereby appoints as a <br />member of the Lakewood Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of <br />Review/Sign Review Board for the full five-year term ending December 31, 2004. <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> Section 3.
