RESOLUTION NO. ~ ~ <br /> 7457-00 <br /> <br />BY:corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br /> Seelie, SkindeI1, Smith <br /> <br />Roth, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Artide III, Section 4, of the Amended <br /> Charter of the City of Lakewood, the third Monday of February, 2000 is celebrated as <br /> .Presidents Day, a legal hoE/day, and' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is generally provided that when an official date for taking <br /> of such action under law fa]Is upon a declared holiday, the date for such action shall be <br /> the following day; and <br /> <br /> usual operationof a .... municipality;" ~now,metherefore,PUbl~c health, safety and welfare ~ for ~eg <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council establishes Tuesday, February 22nd, 2000, as <br /> the next regularly scheduled meeting of City Council in celebration of Presidents Day <br /> in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preambIe hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor, otherwise, it shall take effect <br />and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> Adopted: <br /> <br />Approve <br /> <br /> <br />
