RESOLUTION NO. 7 4 61 - 0 0 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, Roth, <br /> Seelie, Skindell, Smith. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend John R. Kosko for his public service as a <br />member of the Lakewood Board of Zoning Code Appeals. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John R. Kosko was appointed by Council for a full five-year <br />term ending December 31, 1999, serving two years as Vice Chaflxnan and one year as <br />Chairman, and <br /> <br /> WI-fERE~, during his tenure as a member of the Board of Zoning Code <br />Appeals, John R. Kosko demonstrated his deep and genuine interest in the preservation <br />and future of our community; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by John <br />IL Kosko be given public recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO.' <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this City and the Mayor hereby extend to John tL Kosko <br />commendation and that of all the citizens of Lakewood for his service on the Board of <br />Zoning Code Appeals. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to John R.
