RESOLUTION NO. 74~} - 00 <br /> <br />BY: Corigan, FitzGerald, George, <br />Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend John H. Sanders, M.D., for his public <br />service in the Department of Human Services in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective March 11, 2000, Dr. John <br />Sanders completed 7 years of service to the residents of the City of Lakewood in his role <br />as Health Commissioner in the Department of Human Services, Division of Health; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Dr. John Sanders was recognized as a professional, <br />dedicated, sensitive and compassionate employee; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the service rendered by Dr. John <br />Sanders be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to John H. <br />Sanders, M.D., its appreciation and that of all the citizens of this community for his 7 <br />years of public service for the City of Lakewood and further that this Council and Mayor <br />wish him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to John H. Sanders, M.D., and that <br />a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the meeting. <br /> <br />Approved.'~[ Z!.~ <br /> <br /> <br />
