Please substitute for Resolution 7485 - <br />referred to the Committee of Whole on <br />May 15, 2000 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7455-00 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br />Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the nomination and appointment, by the Mayor of, <br />Carla Kowalski as a member of ~he Community Impwvement Corporation's Board of Trustee <br />for a three-year'term, commencing immediately and ending December 31, 2002. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br /> Section1. That Council hearby approves the nomination and appointment by the <br />Mayor, of Carla Kowalski as a member of the Community Improvement Corporation's Board of <br />Trustees for a three-year term commencing immediately and ending December.31, 2002. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions adopted in an open <br />meeting of this council, and all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that <br />resulted in such formal action, were in meeting open to the publ/c, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
