RESOLUTION NO..' 7 $ 2 4 - 0 0 <br /> <br /> BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br />Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to honor the achi~vem~s of TOM BLANK. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Boy Scouts highest rank, Eagle, is attained by less than one percent of <br />young men who enter the Boy Scouts program, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Eagle Scout ranking requires a wide variety of merit badges, including <br />Citizenship in the Nation, and Citizenship in the World, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the path to Eagle includes both leadership in the troop and design and <br />implermmmtion ora project to benefit the community, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Tom Blank has attained the esteemed rank of Eagle in Troop 81; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this City Council of Lakewood congratulates Tom Blank and declares <br />December 19, 2000, as Troop 81 Eagle Scout Day inthe City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
