RESOLUTION NO.: <br /> <br />7526-00 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br />ROth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to honor the achievements of MIKE MCHUGHi <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Boy Scouts highest rank~ Eagle, is attained by less than one percent of <br />young men who enter the Boy Scouts program, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, .the Eagle ScOut ranking requires a wide variety of merit .badges, including <br />Citizenship in the Nation, and Citizenship in the World, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the path to Ea~le includes both leadership in the troop and design and <br />implememation of a project to benefit the eo,~munity, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, M/kc McHugh has attained the esteemed rank of Eagle in Troop 81; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this City Council of Lakewood congratulates Mike McHugh and declares <br />December 19, 2000, as Troop 81 Eagle Scout Dayin the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2, That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward a c~rfified copy of this resolution to Mike McHugh and that a copy of this resolution be <br />spread upon the minutes of this meeting. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Clerk~~ <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
