RESOLUTION NO. 7537~01 BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, Roth, Seelie, Skindell A RESOLUTION approving the appointment by the Mayor, pumuant to Lakewood Codified Ordinance §1~,5.04, of the following individuals as members of the Keep Lakewood Beautiful Advisory Board for a three-year term, commencing immediately and ending December 31, 2003: Pat Blesi, Garden Club Representative Jane Burchak, At Large Representative Gall Higgins, Educational Representative Neil Macdonald, Kiwanis Representative Rose Slavik, At Large Representative ]eft Snyder~ Business Representative Betsey Stupiansky, At Large Representative Marian Wagner, Garden Club Representative BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE CiTY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO Section 1. That the Council hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor, pursuant to Lakewood Codified Ordinance §145.04, of the following individuals as members of the Keep Lakewood Beautiful Advisory Board for a three-year terror commencing immediately and ending December 31, 2003: Pat Blesi, Garden Club Representative lane Burchak, At Large Representative Gall Higgins, Educational Representative Neil Macdonald, Kiwanis Representative Rose Slavik, At Large Representative ]eft Snyder, Business Representative Betaey Stupiansky, At Large Representative Marian Wagner, Garden Club Representative Section 2. It is found and (]etermined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with ail legal requirements.
