Hyland as Special Trustee <br />of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the unexpired five-year <br />term ending December 31, 2003. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council nominatesPatrick F. Hyland <br /> as Special Trustee of <br />the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the unexpired five-year term <br />ending December 31, 2003. <br /> <br /> Section 2.'
