RESOLUTION NO. 7702-02 BY: <br /> <br /> Corrigan, Dunn, FitzC. n~ld <br />George, Roth, Seelie, Sk~ndeH <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to honor Ted Summers on his achievement in attaining <br />the rank of Eagle Scout <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ted Summers has achieved the exceptional distinction of <br />attaining the rank of Eagle with the Boy Scouts of America, demonstrating his <br />outstanding leadership, pride in his community, pride in his nation and pride in himself, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ted Summers has maintained an enviable record as a <br />member of Troop I 15 in Lakewood while progressing to the highest rank in the Boy <br />Scouts of Arnerica, that of an Eagle Scout, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, .Ted Summers comes from four generations of scouts, he is <br />the first to attain the rank of Eagle Scout, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The achievements of Ted Summers in att~inlng this honor <br />brings credit to himself; his family and his community, and sets an example for both <br />children and adults in the community for.selfless dedication to others, which stands as a <br />shining example of the best attributes of our young people and our way of life, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Administration do hereby extend to Ted <br />Summers its congratulations and thc congratulations of all the citizens of this community <br />for his outstanding achievement in attaining the rank of Eagle with the Boy Scouts of <br />America, and by doing so, setting an example for all members of this community to <br />follow. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
