RESOLUTION NO. 7712-02 ~:~' <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Dunn, FitzGerald, <br /> George, Seelie, Skindell. <br /> <br /> A RE$OLUTIOIf honoring Councilman at Large Michael $kindeii for his dedicated service to <br />the citizens of Lakewood, Ohio. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the members of Lakewood City Council are pleased to honor Councilman,at <br />Large Michael $kindail for his loyal and outstanding service to the citizens of the City cf Lakawood; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEP, EA S' during his f'we years as a Councilman at Large, Michael Skindell chaired Council's <br />Rules & Ordinances Committee, and served as a member of the Housing and Public Works <br />Committees. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in all of his endaavors as a member of the Lahawood City Council, Michael <br />$kindell has fulfilled his responsibilities with the utmost a ffficiancy and competence. Conducting <br />himrsalf in the highest traditions of local govarnman~ he has demonstrated tremendous Initiative, <br />ability and detarmination and has affectively served the citizens of tha City of Lakawood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Michael Skindell has workad diligently to uphold tha finest b'aditicns of American <br />pelitics. His love of Lakawood and his sincare desire to sarve tha public to the best of his ability have <br />distinguishad him as a trulY concerned and responsibla citizen, as well as an act/va and devoted <br />public servant; and, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section f. That in adopting this Resolution this Council command Lakewood Councilman at <br />Large for his exemplary work as a mamber of Lakawood City Council and, in so doing, pay tribute <br />to one of Lakewood's finest citizens; and <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and he is hereby authorized and directsd to transmit <br />this resolution to Lakewood Councilman at Large Michael Skindell and that a copy of this resolution <br />be spread upon the minutes of this meeting. <br /> <br /> Section 3. it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and <br />relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all <br />such deliberation of Council and of any of i~s committees that resulted in such formal action were in <br />meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />
