<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7717-03 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Corrigan, Dever, Dunn, <br />FitzGerald, George, Roth, <br />Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to appoint George Kubas II as a member of <br />the Board of Building Standards Architectural Board of Review for a full five <br />year term commencing January I, 2003 and ending December 31, 2007 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order for the Board of Building Standards <br />Architectural Board of Review to conduct business with the benefit of full <br />membership and to allow for Council appointee representation to occur in a <br />timely fashion this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force <br />immediately upon its passage. <br /> <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Article XIV, Section 1 of the Second <br />Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood, Council hereby appoints George <br />Kubas II as a Member of the Board of Building Standards Architectural Board <br />of Review for the full five-year term beginning January 1,2003, and ending <br />December 31, 2007. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br />the Council and any of its connnittees that resulted in such formal action, <br />were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3.
