<br />RESOLUTION NO. 771S-03 <br /> <br />B1r: Corrigan, Dever, Dunn, FitzGerald, <br />George, Roth, Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to appoint Traci Neligan Burke as a member <br />of the Lakewood Board 0 Zoning Code Appeals for the full five-year term <br />ending December 31, 2007. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order for the Board of Zoning Code Appeals to <br />conduct business with the benefit of full membership and to allow for Council· <br />appointee representation to occur in a timely fashion this Resolution shall take <br />effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 1, of the Second <br />Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood Council hereby appoints Traci <br />Neligan Burke as a Member of the Board of Zoning Code Appeals for the full <br />five-year term beginning January 1,2003, and ending December 31, 2007. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br />the Council and any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, <br />were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3.
