<br />RESOLUTION NO. 7720-03 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Corrigan, Dever?, Dunn, FitzGerald, <br />George, Roth, Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to appoint James L. Dolce as a member of <br />the Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board for the full four-year term <br />commencing January 1,2003 and ending December 31, 2006. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order for the Lakewood Heritage Advisory <br />Board to conduct business with the benefit of full membership and to allow <br />for Council appointee representation to occur in a tiroely fashion this <br />Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Lakewood Council hereby appoints James L. Dolce <br />as a Member of the Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board for the full four-year <br />term beginning January 1,2003, and ending December 31, 2006. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br />the Council and any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, <br />were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3.
