Sicha as a member of <br />the Lakewood Heritage Advisory Boa¡;d for the full four-year term <br />commencing January 1, 2003 and ending December 31., 2006. <br /> <br />WHEREAs, in order for the Lakewood Heritage Advisory <br />Board to conduct business with the benefit of full membership and to allow <br />for Council appointee representation to occur in a timely fashion this <br />Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon its paBsage. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Lakewood Council hereby appoints Richard J. Sicha <br />as a Member of the Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board for the :full four-year <br />tenn beginning January 1,2003, and ending December 31, 2006. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all fonnal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br />the COlinciI and any of its committees that resulted in such fonnal action, <br />were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements . <br /> <br />Section 3.
