<br />RESOLUTION NO 7723-03 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan. Dever, Dunn, <br />FitzGerald, George, Roth, Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to thank Christopher Dubbs, on the occasion of his <br />retirement, for his outstanding service to the City of Lakewood, Department of Public <br />Works <br />WHEREAS, Christopher Dubbs, has worked for the City of Lakewood, <br />Department of Public Works for 30 years, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Christopher Dubbs, will be retiring on January 31, 2003 as an <br />employee of the Division of Parks, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Christopher Dubbs, deserves our appreciation and thanks for <br />his contributions to the community as a member of the Division of Parks; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Christopher Dubbs, has decided to retire from the Division of <br />Parks, Department of Public Works and we wish to extend to him and his entire family <br />our best wishes for much success and happiness in the future; now therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br />Section 1 That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Christopher <br />Dubbs the gratitude of the citizens of this community for his dedicated service to the <br />Lakewood community <br /> <br />Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a copy this Resolution to Christopher Dubbs at 1458 Riverside <br />Drive, Lakewood, OH 44107, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the <br />minutes of the meeting <br /> <br />Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />conceming and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br />Adopted' h <br /> <br />ô <br /> <br />;:)/ JrJo2 <br />, <br /> <br />~.~ <br /> <br />PR SIDENT <br /> <br />A,"m"~ 2S Ù4J 7 <br /> <br />2/1tiJ 7 #-r <br />~ <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />----- <br /> <br />MAYOR <br />
