I~SOLUTION NO. 7733-03 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Corrigan,:Dever, Dunn, FitzGerald, <br />George, Roth, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Heidi E. Paul for public service as a <br />member of the Lakewood Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of <br />Review/Sign Review from January I, 1998 through December 31, 2002. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Heidi Paul was appointed by the City Council of the City of <br />Lakewood as a member of the Lakewood Board of Building Standards/Architectural <br />Board of Review/Sign Review for a five year term, serving as Vice-Chairman for one year <br />and Chairman for one year, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure on the Board, Mrs. Paul reviewed <br />countless architectural proposals for improvements to residential properties as well as <br />architectural proposals for commercial properties including Walgreens and McDonalds on <br />West 117, Hollywood Video on Detroit, Sullivan's Irish Pub and Angelos Pizza on <br />Madison, St. Edward High School and most recently, Virginia Marti College of Fashion, <br />Art and Design, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mrs. Paul has been recognized by her peers as a <br />conscientious, effective and respected Board member who gave liberally of her time, <br />talents and energies to the preservation and future development of Lakewood, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Heidi Paul be given public cognizance and recognition, now, therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor extend to Heidi Paul their <br />appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the Lakewood <br />Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review/Sign Review, and that of all <br />citizens of this community in an expression of appreciation by this public recognition. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Heidi Paul, 13002 Clffion Blvd., <br />Lakewood, Ohio 44107, and that a copy ofthis Resolution be spread upon the minutes of <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
