RESOLUTION NO. 7749-03 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Dever, Dunn, FitzGerald, <br /> George, Roth, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION thanking Judith Carey for her outstanding service as <br />Director of the Department of Human Services for the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, As Director of Human Services Judith Carey gave her full <br />dedication to the programs of the department, contributing leadership and a strong <br />commitment to maintaining the high quality of services the citizens of Lakewood have <br />always been provided, and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Judith Carey's performance as Director of Human Services <br /> has been characterized by excellent and constructive contributions to the Lakewood <br /> Community and she has demonstrated in many ways her deep and genuine love for <br />· this city, and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Judith Carey worked constantly for the betterment of this <br />community and she deserves our sincere appreciation and thanks for her contributions <br />to our community and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS; Judith Carey is wished continued success in her new career <br />and we wish to extend to her our best wishes for much success and happiness in the <br />future; now therefore-; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Judith Carey the <br />gratitude of the citizens of this community for her dedicated service to the Lakewood <br />community. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a copy this Resolution to Judith Carey, and that a copy of this <br />Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the meeting. <br /> <br />compllance with all legal requirements. <br />Adopted: ~/,~ 7, ~¢,'~ <br /> <br /> Section 3.
