RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7761-03 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Dever, Dunn, FitzGerald, <br /> George, Roth, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to make a gift of a Cummins-Jetsort <br />coin sorting machine to the Lakewood Board of Education. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood Finance Department has purchased a new <br />coin sorting machine to replace an obsolete machine; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the old machine would raise little, if any, money if sold at <br />auction; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Lakewood Board of Education has expressed a need for <br />such machine; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it seems fitting that the old machine, purchased with taxpayers <br />dollars, be donated to the Board of Ed~Jcation for continued public use. Now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to make a gilt of a <br />Cummins-Jet. sort coin sorting machine to the Lakewood Board of Education. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and <br />of any of its committees that resulted in such formal actions were in meetings <br />open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Adopted: ~'~'~ ~ f-o,'.f <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
