Pride Parade and Festival, shall be appropriately displayed from the flagpole at <br />Lakewood City Hall l~om Monday, June 16 through Saturday, June 21, 2003, along with <br />the burgee of the State of Ohio and the American Flag. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
