RESOLUIION NO. 7770-03 BY: Corrigan, Dever, Dunn, <br /> C~orge, Roth. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor as Director of Public Safety, on behalf of <br />the City, to enter into an Agreement with the Ohio Department of Public Salty, <br />Emergency Medical Services Division to accept and expend funds for the Personal <br />Protective Apparel grant to provide for the purchase of Bio-Chemical First Responder <br />kits for Division of Fire personnel in the amount of $2,240.z~8. <br /> <br />FitzGerald, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has been awarded $2,2zlO.Z18 by the Ohio Department of <br />Public Safety, Emergency Medical Services Division for the purchase of Bio-Chemical <br />First Responder kits for Division of Fire personnel. Now, therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RF_SOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEVVOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Mayor as Director of Public Safety, is hereby authorized, on <br />behalf of the City, to enter into an Agreement with the Ohio Department of Public <br />Safety, Emergency Medical Services Division to .accept and expend funds for the <br />Personal Protective Apparel grant to provide for the purchase of Bio-Chemical First <br />Responder kits for Division of Fire personnel in the amount of <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its <br />committees that resulted in Such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
