RESOLUIION NO. 7771-03 ' BY: Corrigan, Dever, Dunn, FitzGerald, <br /> George, Roth. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor as Director of Public Safety, on behalf of <br />the City, to enter into an Agreement with the Ohio Department of Public Safety, <br />Emergency Medical Services Division to accept and expend funds for the Injury <br />Prevention grant to provide for the establishment of a permanent Fit Stop at Fire <br />Station #3 for car seat inspections in the amount of $6,227.68. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has been awarded $6,227.68 by the Ohio Department of <br />Public Safety, Emergency Medical Services Division for technical training, safety <br />equipment, promotional materials, and overtime costs for Division of Fire personnel. <br />Now, therefore <br /> <br />BE ~T RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Mayor as Director of Public Safety, is hereby authorized, on <br />behalf of the City, to enter into an Agreement with the Ohio Department of Public <br />Safety, Emergency Medical Services Division to accept and expend funds for the Injury <br />Prevention grant to provide for the establishment of a permanent Fit Stop at Fire <br />Station #3 for car seat inspections in the amount of $6,227.68. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
