RESOLUTION NO 7835-04 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Demro, Dever, Dunn <br /> FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to appoint Rvan Patrick n~ro as a <br />member of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital for the foil two-year term <br />ending December 31, 2005. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a timely appointment to the Lakewood Hospital <br />Governing Board will provide /mmediate representation on the Board and <br />contribute to the immediate preservation of thd public peace, properly, health, <br />safety and welfare in the City for the usual daily operation of the City; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council hereby appoints <br /> Ryan Patrick bemro as a member of the Governing Board of Lakewood <br />Hospital for the full two-year term ending December 31, 2005. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution shali tztke effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor for reasons previously <br />set forth end defined, provided it receives the affirm~ative vote of at least five (5) of <br />its members elected to Council, otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> Section 3. k is fotmd mad determined that all formal actions of tiffs <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of tile Council and <br />any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, wer~ in meetings open to <br />the public, in compliance with ail legal requirements <br /> <br />Adoptsd:~/~_,, <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br /> <br />
