RESOLUTION NO 7848-06 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Mr Kevin Buttzlaff for publio service as a <br />member of the Lakewood Planning Commission from January 1, 1998 through <br />December 31, 2003 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kevin Burtzlaff served as a member of the Lakewood Planning <br />Commission for a six year term; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, During his tenure as a Planning Commission member, Mr Burtzlaff <br />participated in the Berea Road/West 117th Street Study, the Main Street Study, Master <br />Plan for Lakewbod Park, the location of the Dog Park in Lakewood and the proposed <br />West End Development Project; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, It is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Mr Kevin <br />Burtzlaff be given public cognizance and recognition, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor wish to extend to Mr. Kevin Burtzlafftheir <br />"appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service he has given to our community <br /> as a member of the Lakewood Planning Commission, and that all citizens of this <br /> communi~ also join in an expression of appreciation by this public recognition <br /> <br /> Sect[on 2 That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a copy this Resolution to Mr Kevin Burtzlaff and that a copy of this <br />Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting <br /> <br />Adopted' <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that ail such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br /> PRESID~'NT <br /> <br />CLERK ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
