RESOLUTION NO 7889-04 <br /> <br />BY:corrigan,Demro, Dever, Dunn, FitzGerald, <br /> Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUR1ON to appoint Patrick Corrigan <br />member of the Govemh~g Board of Lakewood Hospital for fire m~expired <br />year term ending December 31, 2005. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a timely appointment to the Lakewood Hospital <br />Governing Board will provide inm~ediate representation on the Board and <br />contribute to the Lmmediate preservation of the public peace, property, healti¥ <br />safety and welfare in the City for the usual daily operation of the City; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C1TY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section I That Com~ciI hereby appoints <br /> Patrick Corrigan as a member of the Governing Board of Lakewood <br />Hospital for the m~expired two-year term ending December 31, 2005. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor for reasons previously <br />set forth and defined, provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) of <br />its members elected to Council, otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
