RESOLUTION NO 7897-04 BY' Corrigan, Demro, Dever, <br /> Dunn~ FitzGerald, Madlgan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor as Directo~' of Public Safety, on <br />behalf of the City, to enter into an Agreement with the Ohio Department of Public <br />Safety, Division of Emergency Medical Services to accept and expend funds for <br />the Ohio EMS Airway Equipment Grant Program in the amount of $2,12483 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has been awarded $2,124.83 by the Ohio <br />Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Medica~ Sen4ces for the <br />purchase of medical airway equipment totaling $2,124,83. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the grant program requires no match from the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, acceptance of this grant will permit the City to purchase <br />specific medical airway equipment for intubation and ventilation purposes, in the <br />amount of $2,124 83 Now, therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Mayor as Director of Public Safety, is hereby authorized, <br />on behalf of the City, to enter into an Agreement with the Ohio Department of <br />Public Safety, Division of Emergency Medical Services to accept and expend <br />funds for the Ohio EMS Airway Equipment Grant Program <br /> <br /> Section 2, It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings <br />open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br />Approved' <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
