That the Director of Finance be hereby authorized to pay the <br />costs of memberships of municipal employees and/or Department or Divisions of <br />the City of Lakewood for the year 2004, in the organizations and associations set <br />forth in Section 1 hereof. <br /> <br />Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1.
