That the Director of Finance be hereby authorized to pay the costs of memberships of municipal employees and/or Department or Divisions of the City of lakewood for the year 2004, in the organizations and associations set forth in Section 1 hereof. Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements.
