Pursuant to Article XIII, Section I(A), of the Second Amended <br />Charter of the City of Lakewood, Council hereby appoints Saleh Awadallah as a <br />member of the Board of Zoning Code Appeals for the full five-year tenn ending <br />December 31, 2009. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately npon its adoption and approval by the Mayor at the earliest period allowed <br />bylaw <br />Section 3.
