<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7954-04 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Demro, Dever, Dunn, <br />FitzGerald. Madigan, Seelíe. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION commending Scott Stanaitis for public service as <br />a member of the Lakewood Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of <br />Review/Sign Review Board from January 1, 1999 through December 31 , 2004 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Scott Stanaitis was appointed by the City Council of <br />the City of Lakewood as a member of the Lakewood Board of Buiiding <br />Standards/Architectural Board of Review/Sign Review Board, for a five year <br />term, serving one year as Vice-Chairman. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during his tenure on the Board of Building <br />Standards/Architectural Board of Review/Sign Review Board, Mr Stanaitis <br />oversaw several projects such as Sullivan's, Angelo's Pizza, Geiger's. First <br />Federal of Lakewood and Phases 1A and 1 B of Rockport Square, in addition to <br />countless residential improvements, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Stanaitis has been recognized by his peers as a <br />conscientious, effective and respected Commission member who gave liberally <br />of his time, talents and energies to the preservation and future development of <br />Lakewood, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered <br />by Scott Stanaitis be given public cognizance and recognition, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br />Section 1. That this Council and Mayor extend to Scott Stanaitis <br />their appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the <br />Lakewood Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review/Sign <br />Review Board, and that of all citizens of this community in an expression of <br />appreciation by this public recognition <br /> <br />Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and is hereby authorized <br />and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Scott Stanaitis, <br />14934 Lakewood Height Boulevard, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, and that a copy of <br />this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting <br /> <br />Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements " <br /> <br />Adopted' f!
