<br />RESOLUTION NO. 7987-05 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Demro) Dever, Dunn,; <br />FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION appointing Michael Dever, Mark McNamara and Jim <br />Ryan to the Lakewood Catholic Academy Transition Committee <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this fall hundreds of Lakewood's elementary school children <br />win be attending a new school- Lakewood Catholiè Academy, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to assure this transition is a smooth and safe one, a transition <br />committee needs to be formed in ample time to e__valuate school crossing gaurds, traffic <br />patterns, fire safety, traffic signals and other issues; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ClTY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHlO: <br /> <br />Section I. That Council hereby appoints Michael Dever, Mark <br />McNamara, and Jim Ryan as members of the Lakewood Catholic Academy Transition <br />Committee. <br /> <br />Section 2 That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor for reasons previously set forth <br />and defined, provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) of the members <br />elected, to Council, otherwise, it shall take effect and bé in force after the earliest period <br />allowed by law <br /> <br />Section 3 It is found and determined that all. fonnal actions of this <br />,Council concerning and relating to the passage of this tesolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this council, and hat all such deliberations of the Council and any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action, were iil meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Adopted: fv17J ), JDó.s- <br /> <br />1?~.
