<br />DEFERRED 6/6/05. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8003-05 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Demro, Dever, Dunn, <br />FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br />An EMERGENCY RESOLUTION to appoint Ray Pavey , and <br />Glenda Timieski as a member of the Tax Incentive Review Council <br />(the "TIR Council") for the full three (3) year term ending December 31, 2007. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council by a vote of at least five (5) members elected <br />hereto determines that this Resolution Is an emergency measure, and that this <br />Resolution shall take effect at the earliest date possibie as set forth in ARTICLE III, <br />SEmONS 10 AND 13 of the SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, and is necessary to provide for the immediate preservation of the public <br />property, health and safety, and to comply with the regulations of the Tax Incentive <br />Review Council. NOW THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Ordinance 47-04, adopted June 7, 2004, and <br />§s709.8s of the Ohio Revised Code, the Mayor with concurrence by City Council hereby <br />appoints Ray Pavey . and Glenda Timies~:í: as a <br />member of the Tax Incentive Review Council (the "TIR Council") for the full three (3) <br />year term ending December 31, 2007. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this ResolutiOn shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor at the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council shall forward a certified copy of <br />this Resolution to the Secretary of the Community Reinvestment Area Housing Council. <br /> <br />Section 4.
