<br />Corrigan, Demro, Dever, Dunn, <br />FitzGerald, Madigan. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8011-05 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION creating the Citizen Infrastructure Committee for the purpose of <br />participating in the development of a Long Term Control Plan to stop illicit sewer <br />discharges, a Storm water Management Program and to provide recommendations for a <br />long range plan for infrastructure improvements within the City of Lakewoocl. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ohio EPA, under a component of the Clean Water Act, requires <br />that the Oty develop a Long Term Control Plan to stop iliicit sewer discharges and also <br />a Storm Water Management Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this committee wili assess and review available data on streets, <br />sewers and waterlines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the committee wili assess and review the various funding <br />mechanisms pertaining to infrastructure repair and replacement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the committee will provide reèommendations for a long range <br />Infrastructure repair and replacement plan. Now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT Resolved BY THE cm OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. . That the Citizen Infrastructure Committee is hereby established to <br />participate in the development of a Long Term Control Plan to stop iliidt sewer <br />discharges, a Storm Water Management Program and to provide recommendations for <br />a long range infrastructure improvements plan within the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />Section Z. The atizen Infrastructure Committee shall be composed of Eleven <br />(11) members, seven (7) of which shall be appointed by Council and four (4) shall be <br />appointed by the Mayor. Each member shall serve a one-year term. <br /> <br />Section 3. An employee of Public Works for the purpose of keeping minutes <br />and other clerical duties shall staff the citizen Infrastructure Committee. <br /> <br />Section 4.
