(LCPI) for the <br />unexpired one-year termA~ei*~4;A~¡-éí''rrlJe:i 31? f6ô~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood and the Lakewood Chamber of <br />Commerce have concluded that it is necessary and proper to fOD11 a non-profit economic <br />development corporation to assist in facilitating sound city-wide economic development; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, LCPI has been incorporated to encourage and support quality <br />city'-wide planning, economic development, redevelopment, rehabilitation, and <br />restoration of the unique assets ofllie City of Lakewood; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the By-Laws of LCPI call for the Lakewood City Council to <br />appoint one Councilmember to the Board of Directors of LCPI; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO' <br /> <br />SECTION I That Council hereby appoiuts Mary Louise Madigan as a <br />member of the Board of Directors of Lakewood Community Progress, Inc (LCPI) for the <br />unexpired term. ending December 31, 2005. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
