<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Safety, is hereby authorized <br />and requested to order: <br /> <br />1. All departments, offices, and agencies of the City of Lakewood shall <br />utilize the Incident Management System prescribed by the Department <br />to Homeland Security, as implemented by the Department of Public <br />Safety. <br /> <br />2. The Mayor, as Director of Public Safety, shall determine the timetable <br />and steps necessary for the expedient implementation of this <br />Resolution. <br /> <br />3. The Department of Public Safety will begin training on NIMS and <br />revise the City of Lakewood Emergency Operations Plan as soon as <br />practicable. <br /> <br />Section 2.
